Hello Friday! I don't know about you all but when I think of Friday all I think about is not having to work the next day and being able to enjoy the next 2 days off! The very last thing I think about is working out.
Today is the 1st of April which means I only have 29 days to get ready for this. I have been a major procrastinator, only running here and there, but I am totally excited and ready for it.
About a month ago I went to the store and bought Jillian Michaels 30~Day Shred which I happened to come across on Laura's blog. I read about it and thought to myself, "I want Jillian to whip me into shape!"
I hate to admit that today was the first day that I actually put it into the DVD player thanks to Ambrosia. I wasn't even thinking about working out today because 1. It's Friday
2. I'm lazy {trying to work on that}
3. Who works out on Fridays
4. What's the point of starting to work out now if next week I won't be able to since I will be here. 5. I'm sure I could think of more reasons but my arms feel like jello so I want to make this short and sweet! =]
This right now is way better than the bright idea my husband had of me doing P90X with him. He must be on drugs!
Anyway, I have conquered Day 1 of Jillian whipping my ass{pardon my french} into shape! Bring it on woman! I am ready for it! {let's see if I say the same thing tomorrow} =]
